Everything! starting from Meriy at the reception , Mr.Hassan the hotel owner , the waiters were all very welcoming they made us feel like we’re home, the cleaning ladies were very nice as well.
nothing , everything was perfect.
the only thing was the language barrier but google translate made it easy :) all in all was a great experience 😁
