Exceptional building, facilities and the spa is out of this world.
The only very tiny thing, "The English Pub" wasn't open when we went to take a look at it at 11:30pm and opening hours were until 1:30am, but that's really not a negative and we didn't ask staff about it we were.just exploring.

I really liked how clean the hotel was, bad super comfortable, and very silent, perfect to relax after a long day at work. People at reception were so helpful and always available, in the morning when I was going to a conference they would always call me a taxi. Breakfast was wonderful!
I liked everything about a hotel. However I would like to leave a comment for single ladies. Be very careful if someone is trying to approach you: At breakfast a local Turkish man who was also staying at the hotel approached me and offered to have a coffee together. He was later trying to take a photo of my credit card for fraud purposes. I noticed that and didn’t let him. I was very relaxed as I didn’t expect this kind of people at a reputable hotel. And I also think it’s not a fault of the hotel they could not know, just ladies be careful !

Room was comfortable with daily cleaning. Breakfast was simple but with a good range of turkish and continental. Hotel was generally very clean and had helpful receptionists. Room service was good as well. The san sebastian cake was fantastic!
