We really enjoyed our stay at Address Istanbul. The direct and easy access to the mall was a huge plus. The hotel felt very clean, modern and fresh, and we especially loved the beautiful scent throughout the lobby.
The only negative part of our stay was the minibar check in the mornings. The staff member would come at an inconvenient time, and the whole interaction felt quite uncomfortable and intrusive. It was the only aspect of the service that didn’t match the otherwise excellent experience we had at the hotel.

I liked the place in whole.
The staff was unprofessional and inconsistent. When it turned out that we didn’t need to pay a certain fee, they still tried to charge us extra. In just one day, I was asked twice to pay for the same parking ticket. On top of that, I was paying $230 per night, while other guests were paying significantly less for similar accommodations. Overall, the experience felt unfair and poorly managed.
