I truly appreciate the effort of the staff, who helped resolve a misunderstanding that ultimately had a positive outcome. Their patience and willingness to assist made a good impression and contributed significantly to an enjoyable stay.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The apartment I stayed in was very large, well designed, and tastefully furnished. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including a nice selection of local products and specialties.

An excellent stay overall. The staff at the reception, Alper and Umut, were polite and helpful and quickly sorted out our luggage and breakfast free of charge. The room was clean and spacious with all the mod cons. The location is great too, with easy accesses to buses, taxi and Metro. Would definitely stay again.
It’d’ve been perfect if we could actually have a twin room (the booking was for Deluxe Double or Twin Room).

The staff were extremely friendly
The breakfast was awful. The eggs were soggy and cold at breakfast. No fried eggs. No toaster to toast the bread. Coffee tastes awful.
