The location is excellent: very quiet, yet centrally situated, close to the business district and, even more importantly, within walking distance of Gayrettepe Station, which offers a direct connection to Istanbul Airport.
The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional.
No major issues. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout my stay. They assisted with every request promptly and made everything much easier, especially during a busy business trip. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free.
The overall experience met my expectations and I had a comfortable stay.

Location is very good, it is in a quite neighborhood and close to markets (Souq) and other attractions
The mattress wasn’t comfortable and the bed frame needs to be adjusted or better to tighten its screws.
