Fabulous appartment with amazing and everchanging sea views throughout the day. Breakfast taken by the french windows watching the world go by.. just delightful for a relaxing weekend.
The appartment was so clean.. lovely clean, fresh linen on beds and plenty towels.
Anna (Host) was welcoming and friendly, made sure we knew that we could contact for any concerns/issues, and gave us some ideas of local restaurants.
Several interesting independant cafes and restaurants just around the corner. M&S a 2 min walk away.
Car not needed.. Keep your carbon footprint clean and take the train! The station is literally a 7/8 min walk away and there are several buses to surrounding local areas and beyone- we did a day trip to Brighton on the 700 (£3 single bus fare).
The little cafe across the way by the Lido was very welcoming and a lovely place to sit outside and watch/listen to the waves crashing onto the pebble beach with a coffee, ice-cream, or hearty bowl of chips.
Having to come home! - we were so comfortable.
It wasn't a problem for us but do be aware of the little indi club in the basement on Fri and Sat.
It can create a little reverb during the evening from around 8pm-ish but it closes at 11pm and didn't bother us. Turn the telly up if need be or put your glad rags on and join them! hehehe
We had intended to pop in on one of their evenings but we'd spent such long days out and about and were quite tired so we barely noticed it.
There was info on how to use the coffee machine but - AI can be your friend so - I sent photos and googled how to use the dishwasher - it's something we don't have at home,
A 'how to' card/folder would be helpful. Maybe also for the washing machine? Just for those with a bit of techno fear like me - "Don't press that button Dougal!" 😂

From the moment we arrived we loved the location and the view of seaside. Staff Anna was wonderful. Everything was walkable.
Parking. It would be nice to get a day pass.

Great Location&View!.. Balcony made our stay perfect 👌
The bath needs grab rail on the wall for the shower&sofa was a bit too low for us oldies. Blackout blinds for bedrooms are needed

Great location. Clean, comfortable property.
We stayed on a weekend and the bar downstairs has loud music and voices can be heard outside the bedrooms until late. Blackout blinds needed in bedrooms as rooms very light in summer.
