The staff were amazing, friendly, great service and willing to assist with anything. Even when we had checked in at the last moment and needed a ride from our previous accommodation they were able to organise us a ride and get us to there accomodation.
The place was clean, had an amazing view, a big pool. Overall a very pleasant experience for us, great location too with shops and restaurants just down the road.

Loved the pool with the view, and the location of the rooms waking up to the sunrise and seeing the mountains and volcano of Bali across the water.
The room was beautiful and the perfect size for 2 people with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. To be given a top floor room with unobstructed view made for the best experience.
Staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. It was quiet and peaceful and exactly what you want for a getaway in Nusa Penida.
Sheets and pillowcases appeared a little worn with some small stains but everything else seemed clean and staff did an amazing job of making up the room when we went out.

The view is amazing and the pool is lovely. The restaurant had decent food. Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge and the bathroom too. They are very good with organising day trips and taxi on a reasonable price. You can even have a massage in your room.
Some of the fittings like bathroom tap and sockets not very secure and a bit rustic.
There is a constant noise of a power station in the area. It is nothing the hotel could do anything about. You can’t hear it in the room, only outside.

Very friendly and supportive people, excellent food and breakfast. Overall, the view and the pool area is lovely. You can book a driver at the hotel to show you the island.
Noisy room, unfortunately an unkempt garden, and stains on the bed linen.
