BEDROOMS – The serene master suite features a king-size bed, private bathroom, a decorative fireplace, and a private terrace with breathtaking ocean views — perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds and an adjacent full bathroom, ideal for families or additional guests.
LIVING & KITCHEN – A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances flows into a cozy living area and dining table for shared meals, with a flat-screen TV and satellite for evenings in. Central air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Step outside and enjoy direct access to both the beach and the community swimming pool, making it easy to move between the sea and a refreshing dip at your leisure.

Our stay was perfect! The Villa was all it was described to be and the location was great. The only cons - the water pressure was not that great in the showers and the palapas on the beach need some TLC and maybe a couple more bigger ones.We WILL certainly stay here again as long the the price remains reasonable. Thank You.

We had a wonderful stay in this awesome property. Having access to the pool and the beach right outside the door was amazing!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

It’s a little too far from everything. Minimum 30 min drive into town each way. Mosquitos swarmed condo at all hours of the day. When we checked in there was a bed sheet smeared with blood . Not sure if this was mosquitos or place was not cleaned properly. AC doesn’t work too well in both rooms. Even with ceiling fan on the rooms were quite warm. It is right on the beach but the sign that states beware of stingrays scared my family to death. As a result we did have to drive to another beach out of precaution. One to the neighbors didn’t have dog on his leash and he tried attacking us as we made our way to the beach . Someone should really better manage property to make everyone feel safe. The stove was gas and didn’t turn on either so making coffee was out of the question
