The owners were excellent! Super friendly, helpful, and understanding! The place was also overall very clean and comfortable, and had a extremely homely feeling. Tina chan (the dog) is also very very cute!
The location was a bit inconvenient being a bit far from downtown, but the nearby restaurants and amenities were excellent! Hiromi let me borrow the bike though, which made helped make travel much easier.

Direi che mi è piaciuto tutto.aria famigliare, due ospiti meravigliosi, consiglio la colazione giapponese e la cerimonia del tè. Posizione strategica e raggiungibile da stazione e castello con linea rossa o blu a meno di 500 metri. Letto comodissimo.

オーナーご家族の皆さんがとても優しくて親切です。広美さんの細やかな心使いが嬉しかったです。静かな環境でお部屋も綺麗で清潔使いやすいです。
朝食は和食でバランスよく疲れた体にしみました。看板犬のティナも可愛くて癒してくれます。お茶室が有ったり、玄関と居間にお雛様が飾られていたりとても素敵なお宅です。
快適で気持ちよい時間を有り難う御座いました。
熊本駅前からJRや市電を使いますが、時間がかかります。
トイレのウォシュレットが調子が悪かったのか出ない時が有りました。
部屋にテレビは有りません(私は問題ないですが)

Rooms are spacious, clean and homely. There’s a tea room, a cute little garden and a super cute doggo. Owner Hiromi is a wonderful host and very friendly. Location is also a short tram ride from useful train connections and Kumamoto central.
