伊豆稲取駅から歩いて10分ぐらいの距離で、静かな住宅地にある素敵なゲストハウスでした。
共有エリアが広くて快適でした。
他の宿泊ゲストともタイミングが合えば交流ができます。
冬場に宿泊する場合、お部屋がかなり寒いので厚めのパジャマを持って行ったほうがいいです。
部屋に大きな窓がありますが、カーテンがついていないので冷気が入ってきてかなり寒かったです。（部屋に暖房がありますが夜中はそれでも寒かったです）
お部屋だけでは原因ではないですが風邪を引いてしまいました。
部屋にブランケットを置いてもらえると助かります。

スタッフの方（常駐ではありませんが）の対応が、とても親切丁寧でした。
他のお客様がキャンセルされたのか、結果として１棟貸しのような状態にしていただいて、とても快適に過ごすことができました。
建物が古く、多少は建て付けが悪かったりしますが、そこは、それも楽しむつもりで利用するべきだと思います。（利用者側の心持ち次第です。）
ただ、客室の照明に小玉はほしいと思います。スイッチも部屋の入口付近にしかないので、慣れない部屋で真っ暗は少し危ないです。
