About this house rental

Nestled in Fort Mohave, this charming house for $201 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This home is located in a very quiet upscale community on the water. ---Huge kitchen with large pantry and stainless steel appliances. ---Open floor plan with high ceilings and ceiling fans throughout. ---Two spacious bedrooms and an office/den that can easily be converted into a third bedroom if need be to sleep 1 or 2 more. Only with notice ---Master bedroom suite has a large spa-like soaking tub, separate steam shower, dual sink vanity and a huge walk- in closet with full body mirrors. ---The covered patio area opens out to views of the lake with your private dock for catch and release fishing, or stargazing. ---Sit by the bonfire some nights and listen to nature as the sun sets ---Large propane griddle included for all your cooking needs ---Community amenities include a pool and Jacuzzi, clubhouse, workout area, library, tennis, pickleball courts and game room. ---Explore nearby Laughlin and gamble the night away or rent a boat or jetski at the nearby Colorado river and Lake Mohave. Plenty to do in this quaint little town This is a very quiet neighborhood, so we are only looking for guests that will respect our HOA quiet time rules of 10pm til 8am daily. 2 cameras on outside of home for security - both actively recording vidio and audio 24/7 before during and after your stay. We only monitor after stay if something is reported damaged. ---1 ring camera located at front door ---1 camera on back door & lake, boat area ---Only 2 cars max should be parked in driveway. No street parking please. Also no boats, RV's or trailer parking inside of community or on property. ---The height at gate entrance is 8 feet so please be aware of this if you have a lifted truck

1st time in Arizona, this property is just immaculate Home was very clean In a gated community felt very safe Host was easy to work with, gave us ideas on what to do in area We definitely will stay again when we come back

The house is amazing. Quite neighborhood with beautiful views for sitting in the back of house watching the little ducks fish.Bed sooo comfy.. house smelled wonderful, everything was placed in thought of people using this home. Rachel was available 24 /7 for any questions. Keep in mind there are many time changes right this region..it was kinda dificult to keep track of time traveling in any direction from house. There was a hour time difference with just a little distance from the house. There is a cute little town called Oatman we ran across by accident. Worth checking out.. cute donkeys comeright up to you,an love to be petted right out on the roads.You will not be disappointed in your stay..we were sad to leave..

This property is a musty in person. Very relaxing and warm home like property with many amenities. Sitting on the back porch overviewing the water while the fire warms you on a chilly evening was just one of the perks. The host did an exceptional job decorating for the holidays, which was a pleasant surprise! Easy check in, check out. Beautiful property. Home away from home 😊

Our stay was great. The property was above standard. Comfortable and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. Could use a few more dishes, especially coffee cups. Our concerns were dealt with promptly. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us after we got settled to see if we had any questions or concerns. The location was great for us visiting family and it was near restaurants, and things to do! The community was beautiful as was the little lake the home sits on! We really enjoyed our stay and will book this property again when we come back into town!
