Living and Dining

The open-concept living room and kitchen create a bright, welcoming space for everyone to hang out. Kick back on the couch and watch TV, or enjoy a cocktail at the bar. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals—complete with cookware, utensils, and essentials. Dine at the table for six in the separate dining room for a cozy meal together.

Outdoor Space

Step outside to a fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing or letting pets play safely. Fire up the BBQ grill, sway in the hammock, and make the most of Florida’s sunshine.

1) Please respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11 PM - 7 AM and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) Pets are welcome but must be pre-approved by the host.
4) For your security and to ensure rules are followed, we have a floodlight camera pointing at the driveway. This camera is motion-activated, record 24/7, and do not invade your privacy. There are NO cameras inside the property. This outdoor camera systems do not invade privacy but are in place to ensure the above rules are adhered to.

** Wildlife Disclosure: This property is in a tropical Florida climate. It’s rare but possible to encounter local wildlife such as lizards, iguanas, raccoons, or insects. We provide regular pest control and will respond promptly if anything is spotted.

Pet Policy: Please make sure to include your pet(s) in your reservation. The pet fee for the first pet is automatically included when a pet is added to the reservation. Each additional pet is $50 per stay. We typically accommodate a maximum of 2 pets. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please contact us before booking for approval.
