Clean, friendly staff and a great location for a short stay. Looks just like the photos.
Its small and basic so wouldnt stay here more then a few days but suited my purpose.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Fabulous breakfast (enough choices, friendly staff and the best tea I will ever get in Germany!)
No laundry facilities (not a big deal) and having to request the room be cleaned, but it didn't happen.

Perfect location (5 minute walk to Stadtmitte train station, many restaurants and major sights within 10 minute walk)
The hotel was pretty full but quiet at night, even though there was a concert on the fortress as well as Pride Koblenz during our stay.
Clean rooms, comfortabke beds, A/C, great lightning, fast lift, pleasant lobby, double pillows...
I'd choose to stay there again.
The room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures.
Not enough towel hooks or clothes hangers.
