Perfect Albanian breakfast, excellent location on the bazaar, wonderful clean and spacious room, great warm service. You can see I wrote about some problems, but it is a great place
Although Booking states free parking, this was not the case. Public parking was 200 meters from the hotel, and there were no places left, so we paid for private parking (4 euro). Make sure you know where to park before arriving to town. The room was not totally sound proof so I could still hear a party until late at night and the mosque muezzin at 5 in the morning (I am a light sleeper). A lot of stairs from the street which is not easy with luggage

The location was great, easy to get to by taxi and good place to walk to all the places we wanted to go. Nice outdoor areas on property and nearby. Wonderful breakfast.
Music next door was a little loud for us, as we were early to bed.

The room is lovely and super comfortable. Location is great, right in front of the main road where all the shoppings and restaurants can be found. We had an excellent breakfast with homemade food that had the most delicious fruit jam and burek. We were very happy with the tips from the owner of what to do on the few extra hours we had before our flight. Amazing stay!

Room was comfortable, in an excellent location, it had a nice historic feel and the air conditioning worked well
The owner was very rude. He was entirely transactional and not client focussed. Basically, demanding why we weren't having breakfast, rather than giving us the choice in a polite way. Also, when we did take the breakfast, there were no English speaking staff to hand, they didn't ask us what we would like to eat, and basically delivered a small selection of items that didn't work with our dietary requirements. Lastly the owner tried to slightly overcharge us compared to price listed on booking.com. Additionally, he tried to make us check out 30 mins before the checkout time stipulated by booking.com. I understand cultural differences, but frankly this guy was rude and had little regard for hospitality and guest experience.
