The location of this B&B was perfect. It's in a perfect spot to explore both the historic center of Naples but also to walk to the train station for day trips (Pompeii, Herculaneum, etc.). It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and the B&B is in the historic center so everything, including the Archaeological Museum, and tons of restaurants are very close by. The complex and room itself were lovely, as well, and clean. The B&B is a great price and value given the area it's in, and I think it's the ideal base when visiting Naples and doing day trips in the area.
This isn't a criticism, but just be aware that this isn't a normal check in process - there is no reception and you have to meet up with the owners/staff to get in. If you haven't heard from the B&B a day or two before arriving, send a message through Booking and coordinate with them on a meeting time. That worked well for me, although there is a bit of a language barrier so keep that in mind as well. My only complaint on the room is that the bed in the room I stayed in has seen better days and needs to be replaced. It's a foam mattress and was sagging and not ideal.

Location was great
Unpleasant messages from the host as my flight was 2 hrs delayed, it continued when I was on the bus even though I kept her updated.
Was told on arrival that the local cafe they used for breakfast was closed but they would send options in check out on departure.
I sent a reminder on departure but did not receive any information. At 11.30am I sent my breakfast receipt & wax told that that had already deducted €3 off my stay to accommodate this 🙃
That was not made clear to me.
Also no toilet seat in room 3 which is not good.
If it wasn’t for the great location I would not recommend this property.
