Soggiorno breve ma molto gradevole. Proprietario davvero disponibile e sempre cortese. Personale qualificato. La posizione così centrale permette di raggiungere tutte le più importanti attrazioni di napoli in breve tempo. In poco più di due giorni siamo riusciti a completare, con soddisfazione, tutto il nostro itinerario. Stanze pulite, buona colazione ( solo dolce ) e possibilità di refill di acqua illimitato, cosa non da poco viste le alte temperature.
L' unica pecca, da attribuire però al regolamento condominiale, è l' impossibilità di utilizzare l' l'ascensore. Noi eravamo in quattro e avevamo un trolley medio e 4 zaini e non avremmo certo disdegnato l' utilizzo, almeno per portare su e giù i bagagli.

Struttura bellissima in zona centrale vicina a tutto. Pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort tra cui acqua fresca sempre disponibile e tisane. La mattina c’è la possibilità di fare colazione con delle ottime brioches fresche.
Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Owner is 24x7 reachable on mobile. *
He provided non-lactose milk and cornflakes. There is also bread available. I recommend travellers to buy ham, cheese, cherry tomatos in Deco market and you will be happy with the breakfast.
*But NOT ever in person to welcome or solve questions straight away. You must write over WhatsApp.
If you write polite, he answers politely. However very easy into defending/insulting tone, if misunderstood.
Complicated. To reach apartment, open room door, get coffee… Nutella and jam containers are our of order.
There are cameras pointing to the rooms. I doubt they are only for security reasons. The owner doesn’t trust guests and watch you in corridors and doors.
Bed very unstable, moving front and back with every turn, and I have only 70kg.
Chair in the room was a high bar chair. Not suitable for sitting at the standard desk.
Clean only on surface but not enough. I saw someone’s underwear and hair sponge when I looked under bed to fix it. There is very intense smells of home detergents, you might have migraine of it. Open window to stinky street is thought partly better.
