Needed a couples weekend and this was the place! We could stay in, walk the waterfront and hit the dining of our choice

We really didn’t like at all. Our room didn’t have cold water, my sunglasses desapeares, the breakfast was very limited.

The view was beautiful and the room was just okay.

I liked the view we had, the rainfall shower, streaming services available, and the decor throughout the hotel.

Our room was not as clean as you’d expect for the price of the hotel. Our room didn’t have a microwave, which was strange. There’s also a hydration station that only has ice. Nothing to get water or other bottled drinks in that space.

Great date night hotel

The location on the waterfront trail was ideal. Lots of choices for dining. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very modern were beautiful floor to ceiling glass windows that if you had a river view would be amazing; we did not, but our view had a rooftop garden which was a nice feature. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost of breakfast, expecting it to be quite high considering the cost of the rooms and found it very reasonable.

I thought the price point for our room was a little high.

the location was great and I liked the indoor attached parking garage.

the room has an opaque see-through bathroom door. very strange! also no microwave in the rooms. they need that. The main issue is they book more capacity than they have staff to cover. I had to ask 3 times to get my room cleaned! The breakfast area was filthy and it was difficult to find a clean table. I called the restaurant before I arrived to see if they took reservations and the bartender said, “Sure! I’ll get my ‘reservations manager’ right on that!” then laughed, and hung up on me. Overall, the staff was overwhelmed and were ALL taking it out on the guests. Rudeness prevailed and I was stunned at how people were being treated. The only person doing a good job was the front desk manager on Sunday night. She was able to finally get my room cleaned and tried to make it up to me with a free breakfast. She was the only example of proper customer service. The rest of the staff should get other jobs if they hate theirs so much.

Was nice to be able to stay in a new hotel and explore amenities. I got what I paid for.

Convenient location, easy to check in and access to room and parking garage. Very quiet, nice outdoor area and access to river front.

Breakfast buffet was nice and the location of the hotel in the new waterfront area is excellent

The hotel is relatively expensive for the amenities. No bathroom toiletries, bedcovers rough, not enough plugs, nothing but water in the fridge to purchase, coffee machine not accessible on a high shelf. The bathroom had only a hand-held spray..shower not working.....no bathtub. All in all, very spartan for the price of the double Queen room .

Very clean and new- - room was very clean too.

Breakfast was good

Needed a toothbrush - lobby mini store has everything else but no toothbrushes. Also, I did not request a handicap room - I mentioned this to the receptionist. Her responses were we're out of rooms - but I am sure that wasn't the case. You should let customers know beforehand if you're going to put them in a handicap room.

excellent waterfront location in the heart of Vancouver’s new downtown

location is perfect. Great views and lovely walking path by the river.

Very good

The bed was comfortable, it's a pretty new hotel so everything was pretty nice!

There are no photos for the rooms, so my expectation versus reality was skewed, I reserved the king room river view room. Although there was a slight view of the river from my room, we were on the fourth floor so I was expecting a pretty uninterrupted view, they have a giant balcony on the 4th floor that was nice to have available to us, it jus made our room essentially ground level, so to enjoy the view, anyone on the balcony also got a view...
