Prime Scottsdale location close to everything you need. The space This home sits on a quiet cul de sac in Central Scottsdale which provides a setting for a relaxing vacation in Arizona. Situated on an oversized lot this property features a private backyard and sparkling pool with waterfall feature. The peaceful ambiance of the backyard lends to the vacation feel for anyone wanting to enjoy AZ! Home has been extensively remodeled and tastefully furnished to feel like home. Spacious bedrooms and a workspace for the business traveler are just a few of the interior features. Guests have access to garage parking , laundry , and a BBQ grill. Ideal location close to Old Town Scottsdale and just a few minutes from the 101 freeway which makes getting around easy. Multiple parks and walking paths all within close proximity. Guest access Guests have access to entire home. Other things to note MPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law§33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data. Must be 25 years of age to rent home. No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews. Must get approval from manager prior to booking. Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced. This is not a party house and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner. TPT License # 21484340 All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). City of Scottsdale License #2406002

The home is beautiful. The garbage was piled up in two trash cans overflowing to which is what greeted us upon arrival. There wasn't any coffee in the house. The blinds are broken that go to the patio There werent enough directions on where things were. Nothing about how to turn on the pool lights or the waterfall to the pool. They did empty the trash on the 2nd day and bring coffee.

My husband and I have stayed at several Scottsdale VRBO properties over the years, and this has been a favorite. The location is close and convenient to so much, yet it feels like a quiet oasis. The house is beautiful, spacious, and is stocked with all of the necessities. The backyard is simply amazing with the pool, covered patio, and various seating options. If I had to critique or suggest anything to bring this property from a 9.9 to a full 10, it would be to replace the vertical blinds that are missing slats on some and let in a lot of light to the master bedroom in the morning. We definitely hope to return here in the future!
