The main house features over 100’ of private lakefront, a custom stone fireplace and built-in charcoal barbecue grill. The screened porch, with its two large garage style glass doors, offers the perfect spot for enjoying the beautiful views of Green Lake during summer and fall months. All three bedrooms in the main house include queen beds, with one of the bedrooms also housing a twin xl bed. There are two full baths in the main house – one with a farmhouse classic clawfoot cast iron tub and one with a shower. Additionally, two of the bedrooms include a privacy sink in the room for guests. On the main floor, the family room includes a stone hearth fireplace, smart TV and a bevy of classic and new board games. The kitchen is well appointed with serving dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and small appliances. The main house includes usage of the washer and dryer. The recently renovated guest cottage includes three bedrooms and a full bath with shower, a kitchen – with stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, a Green Egg for grilling, and a screened porch with views of the property’s English garden as well as Green Lake. The guest cottage is also fully air-conditioned.
