From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The team was incredibly accommodating and kindly arranged an early check-in, which made a wonderful first impression after a long journey. Every member of the staff was consistently attentive, approachable, and always willing to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is exceptional. The rooms are beautifully designed, remarkably spacious, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. Every detail reflects comfort and quality. The property feels extremely safe, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Even the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The dining experience was equally outstanding. Room service was prompt, and every meal I ordered was delicious. I also appreciated the fitness center, which is modern, spotless, and very well equipped. A special thank you to Edmund and Timothy at reception. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly elevated my experience and made my stay memorable. I travel frequently and have stayed in many excellent hotels, but the level of service and attention to detail at Loews Coral Gables Hotel genuinely stands out. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Miami.

I wish they had a sauna…

Simply a fabulous hotel. The facilities are immaculate, the staff from the desk to the valet to the pool are amazing, friendly and helpful. Room is lovely, cool, dark and quiet.
