The air conditioner did not work. It was very hot. There were no condiments. Coffee pot and filter with no coffee. Said it was supposed to be a two bedroom but clearly was not a two bedroom. Very disappointing!! Will not rent again

The pictures online does not match anything that the rental property was a lot of broken things a lot of unsanitary items a lot of broken items and I have pictures to back it up and I would like to have a refund please because it’s not what it was advertised as the place was old smelly refrigerator, dirty mold on the bathroom bench which it did not work rusted bathtub, broken hangers for the towels, etc.

The place was old and the windows were dirty. Then I found a small bug which I believe was a silverfish crawling in the mattress and one of the staff members was really nice when talked to in person and offered another room but another staff member hung up on me as I described the issue. I just went somewhere else and lost the money. You get what you pay for at this place.

The room overlooked a parking lot and a very noisy service area for the Ritz Carlton next door.

We’ve stayed here a few times and love the location and space. I did have problems getting in touch with the owner about adding an additional day, so communication could be improved. Otherwise this is a lovely place to watch the sunrise.

6 / 10Average·Mar 2022

The location was great, we had a wedding at the Ritz Carlton next door. The apartment was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable, the walls very thin. Heard people talking and running all night long. In the early morning heard furniture moving upstairs. I think we had about 2 hours of sleep.
