Welcome to Hip Nautic! A relaxing one bedroom condo just a block from Anna Maria Island's famous beaches! Villa 2 comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed in the master and full sized pull out in the living room. The sparkling white eat in kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, contains everything you will need to prepare and serve meals for your friends and family. Villa 2 is appointed with everything needed for a relaxing, no-fuss vacation at the beach! Turkish beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are provided for your convenience. A propane grill is also included on the property in the rear of the building. Ready for a little nightlife? Hip Nautic is two blocks to the Historic Bridge Street which offers fabulous dining, shopping, and entertainment options to suit every taste. Villa 2 is located on the ground floor with a rear door that leads to a shared heated pool. There is one parking space provided in the front of the property. The total cost of your reservation includes damage waiver fee, plus all applicable taxes, and cleaning. The Damage waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for traditional security deposit. I look forward to hosting you!

Our stay was good. The location was perfect! The kitchen is nice and well equipped. The beds could have been more comfortable but nothing is quite like home. There was no hot tub as listed but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We would stay here again!

We had a great time at Villas by the Sea. We were happy that we made the choice to stay here. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants and the water. This truly is a little slice of heaven. The location makes walking to so many of our favorite places fast and easy!! The place was so clean and cute as can be. There is a heated pool right outside the back door. There is free (tips only) transportation all over which is just awesome. I plan to go back again and again!!!

We had a great stay, exploring, Bradenton Beach and Ana Maria Island. The accommodations were excellent for the two of us. A perfect distance from beach and restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The trolley is super convenient to bounce up and down the island. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

This was a great one bedroom villa. Very clean and in walking distance to Bridge Street and the surrounding Bradenton Beach restaurants. Everything is provided for a day at the beach and the private pool was relaxing at the end of the day.

Our stay was great in this cozy villa! This place had a lot of what we needed already stocked. The pool was nice to relax in after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk away! The location is perfect for shopping, dining, and just a short drive down the road to the grocery store. Definitely recommend!

This was our 3rd stay at this complex. We love the charm and the close proximity to the beach/restaurants/shoppes, allowing us to walk to several places. Karen did an amazing job creating a refreshing updated coastal style inside. I'm sure we'll be back for a 4th visit! :-)

The place was nice and convienant to all the local restaurants and bars . Pool was nice and came with beach stuff which was good . Mattress on pull out couch could have been updated to a comfier mattress but everything else was good .

We had such a great stay here! Perfect location to walk to the beach, shops & restaurants- and easily wonder back to cool off at the pool. As a family of 4 with younger kids (4 & 6), we highly recommend! Karen even had some sand toys available for the kiddos D's which was a lovely surprise!

This villa is PERFECTION! It had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coffee, tea, aloe (just to name a few!) And the location is great. We had no idea what Bridge Street was but once we walked down there, we were in love. Such a great location to the beach and restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere! Couldn't have asked for a better long weekend. Thank you Karen!

My husband & I had an awesome stay! Anything you think you may need it most likely is provided! Coffee ✔️, beach chairs, towels, cooler, bag✔️. Great decorating makes you feel at home! There were some property issues. The French doors going out to the back were swollen or perhaps water damaged and did not close properly. We only opened the right door but my husband had to go to the backyard to be able to get the door closed. The TV's did work but were difficult because the cable remotes were in bad shape. Both issues were communicated to the owner but due to the weather we were not going to use the pool and overall the TV 's were working so it really wasn't that bad. There was another issue that I did not communicate so it is not affecting this rating but did influence our decision to leave early and I believe the owner should be made aware. There was another guest in the unit directly above that seemed to be purposely running back and forth loudly. We did not say anything because we agreed that if the weather was nicer we probably wouldn't have noticed because we wouldn't have been there as much. The loud running footsteps did stop at night so it didn't bother our sleeping just the enjoyment of the unit during the day. We just thought it was odd because the units are soo small that running back and forth that loudly would have to be intentional. Either way the weather was the down side and that was out of the owners control.

Great property and location. Unit was just as advertised. Perfect for 2 adults! Communication with the host was excellent! Very clean and well stocked unit with lots of essentials whether you are preparing a meal or spending a day at the beach. Pool area was a plus! One block to the beach for beautiful sunsets. We watched having a cocktail at the Beach House Waterfront Restaurant. Two blocks from Bridge Street for shopping, dining and cocktails. If you don't feel like walking there are golf carts (Old Town Tram) that go by the condo and they will take you there and back. Just tip them! Oyster Bar on The Pier on Bridge Street has a great outdoor space, The City Pier for fish and chips or a cocktail, Waterfront Restaurant is a must...Try a Smoked Margarita! We loved our stay all around! Can't wait to return!

The unit was so clean and so well equipped (towels, chairs, kitchen utensils and even condiments) we had no reason to leave once we parked. The pool and patio area is great for relaxing, the beach is so close for sunrise/sunset, and we walked to dinner at four different restaurants. The pier is a five minute walk, there are some stores on bridge street, even a pickleball court across the street. We have stayed on AMI 3 times, this is the smallest unit we have stayed in (it was just two of us) but we enjoyed this one the most and will definitely come back again next year if not sooner. This host excellent at communication and obviously takes pride in the property.

We loved our stay and would recommend staying here. Karen has stocked the condo with everything you need and the place itself is very cute. The pool was right out the back door and the beach was a 5 minute walk away, as was lots of shops and restaurants.

The unit is just the right size for two people and I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness. The beach is literally one block away and bridge street is just a couple of blocks away. Walking to the beach and restaurants is recommended and you can be there in just minutes. The pool area was neat and clean, towels and bedding were nice. We would stay here again.

My wife and I loved this property. The unit is small but perfect for a couple. The interior is updated and nicely furnished. It has a nice small pool behind it with well landscaped sitting area. We really enjoyed the location as it is situated near the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and provided a list of her favorite restaurants which we checked out and they were great. We highly recommend this apartment.
