This stunning, updated and creatively designed Folly Beach home is located in one of the most sought after locations on the beach. The quiet west side of Folly is only 3 short blocks to Center Street where you can enjoy all the dining, shopping & entertainment Folly has to offer. This incredible home offers five spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Seashell’s Folly delivers expansive ocean views both inside and out from its floor to ceiling windows and multitude of decks. Each deck space has plenty of seating options. There’s even a fully fenced in grassy area so the kids have a place to play, and outside on the ground level you’ll find a game room equipped with a ping pong table, basketball hoop, dart board and more. Walk inside and you’ll see straight to the Atlantic! Enjoy the mural by a local artist, with odes to Folly’s past and the homeowners’ family history. The spacious living, dining & kitchen area take full advantage of the oceanfront location. Enjoy your meals from the casual breakfast spot next to the kitchen or in the light filled, oceanfront dining room. When it’s time to rest, three of the five private suites are located on the first floor. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms, their bathrooms, and access to the rooftop deck. Bedroom Layout: First Level: Bedroom #1: king suite with private bath Bedroom #2: king suite with private bath Bedroom #3: queen suite with private bath Half Bathroom Second Level: Bedroom #4: bunk suite with 3 “twin over double” beds and private bath Bedroom #5: queen suite with private bath Seashell’s Folly has an elevator. Please inquire if you would like to have access to the elevator. This home is protected by a Ring doorbell camera *We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. In a great location and this house had all the amenities. We had 3 kids with us and they enjoyed the large kids room which could easily sleep 6.

We were excited about staying here from the pictures, and it did not disappoint. The views are spectacular, the location feels far from the hustle and bustle, yet you can walk right to the center of everything in 5 minutes. The house can handle a lot of people and everyone still has plenty of room when you need a little break. Can’t say enough about the decor which is artful and eclectic. And the provisions~I’ve never rented another house with so many things you always need, from a dash of crushed red pepper and some olive oil to hairdryers, flat irons and curling irons! This house HAS IT ALL and then some. We just hope we can get back here next year. And the beaches, they are equally impressive and you’ve got your own private access to and from. This is a dream property!

Our second time at this great place. Can't beat the location and the property is clean, modern and comfortable. Well stocked with beach goodies making it easy to pack for. Highly recommend.

This home is everything the photos show. The open spaces were excellent for our 12 women to celebrate the bride to be. The open space concept with all the windows allowed the sun to shine in and us to enjoy the excellent beach views. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were very spacious. The close proximity to downtown Folly Beach allowed us to walk into town and visit the shops and restaurants.

Beautiful property right on the beach! Pictures are exactly as advertised and great for large groups. I’ve never stayed at a property that was filled with serving wear and other necessities! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Best house we’ve ever rented!!!

We have been renting vacation homes for 20 years. We all agreed this was the best ever! Perfect location being right on the beach and walking distance to town! Having a 10 month old and 2 1/2 year old made oceanfront perfect for nap time and the elevator made it possible for 90 year old grandma to join us! Beautiful home both inside and out! The house was stocked with so many essentials. The owner thought of everything to make our stay just perfect. Already wanting to book for next year!
