El alojamiento es una pasada. Un apartamento con todo lo necesario para estancias largas y cortas. Con lavadora (súper importante) nueva y que funciona de 10. La cocina es increíble y no le falta detalle. Y el baño y la habitación es simplemente PERFECTA. La ubicación es al otro lado del Río, en la cabeza del dragón, y eso es genial porque no estás en el centro si no que puedes desconectar del ajetreo. Nos gestionaron el alquiler de la moto súper rápido y sin problema.

The room is really beautiful and clean. The bathroom has a bath tub and the houseware is good quality. They provide big refrigerator and washing machine in the room. They also have a dryer but you have to inform the front if you want to use it(charge around 3000 VND). The breakfast is not included but there are coffee shop, convenience store, and restaurant around the hotel. The staffs were so nice and really helpful.

It was only 1 tiny bin in the bathroom. Maybe have 1 more bigger bin in the room would be nice. The curtain can not cover all window, so it was the light leaking in the morning. This area quite noisy and you can hear everything from the road.

Did not love that they provide a washing machine but you have to pay to use the dryer - very inconvenient. The lady who checked us out did not confirm our payment so it ended up becoming a very stressful taxi ride to the next city having to go back and forth with two people with broken English to pay for the hotel. This is the hotels responsibility to ensure payment is done and I am not sure why they would need my card but not process the payment. It was 10/10 until when we left

Everything was amazing! Beautiful room with a kitchen, fridge and washing machine ! Bathroom was amazing with a lovely big deep bath. We had a balcony in our room looking over the street. A huge amount of storage within room. Staff were so lovely and helpful, helping us to book taxi to for a day trip to hoi an and da Nang. A good walk to beach but lots to see and look at on the way.

I booked 3 rooms in SHI HOUSE : beautiful, clean, tidy, modern and big enough for 2 people in each room. It is near from supermarket, sports playground, the dragon bridge and the night market by walk. Staff is really nice too ;) We recommend this hotel during your stay +++

Everything was perfect.

Everything The location is fantastic, close to Dragon Bridge, great foods, and 8 minutes away from the beach. The service is excellent, they helped me arranging motorcycle rent and tour to Ba Na Hills with better pricing compared to Klook! I have a very enjoyable experience visiting Shi House, they certainly deliver such high standards, kudos to them

The staff especially Hien. ❤️She is the most accommodating and kindest person ever! She made sure that my stay was comfortable and even helped me book my tours and transportations. I will probably be back mostly because of her. ❤️ The property itself is also a great value for money. You will be able to utilize what you’ve paid for and more. There was also a washer on the rooms which is a huge convenience for people who have been traveling for a long time. The room was also clean and organized so kudos to all the staff. 👏

Spacious accomodation, fuss-free check-in and they even have a washing machine in the room (at least for mine). Dryer is in staff room, if need, just make sure you don't wash your clothes too late to avoid inconveniencing the staff. Clean room and very well-furnished. Stove, rice cooker, utensils, and various crockery available. Can't remember if there were pots but good enough.

the place is located near the dragon bridge, market and easy excess to food. There were many outlets for shopping. lovely apartment with a balcony, and the kitchen was not bad. the room and toilet are well maintained. very friendly staffs helpful.

The room is very nicely designed and the bed is comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Value for money was great.

The bath doesn’t really get hot. The place could’ve been a bit cleaner but it was definitely not dirty. There’s not much to do around the hotel.

What a fabulous hotel! Beautiful room and such kind staff! Close to the dragon bridge which is absolutely stunning. We were able to do laundry in the room which was a total game changer! Would 10/10 recommend! Thank you!!

location is good. walkable to Dragon bridge. room is clean, staff is friendly and nice. my room has little balcony. couldn't ask for more. fair price. highly recommend to everyone. I will comeback again ^^

The room has all we needed including washing machine and electric cooking.

The reviews i found and read are probably biased. We were staying at a floor with window facing another buildings' aircons, the heat and noise is bad other than the bad "no view" scene. Also, i have found that the floor of our room is so dirty. we hv instructed the PIC and the next day it's clean, yet another day, it isn't. I believe it's because the housekeeping Lady may may have save those cleaning and wiping towels for herself without the landlord acknowledgement. And the management ppl isn't around, it's rather remote management (since i own resort too prey-pandemic). the property locked all main entrances even at 11.45pm, and very difficult to get hold of anyone to open up. I have made noice and shouted and called all numbers i have to get hold of someone to open up after 30+minutes with an unpleasant face to me. The place isn't like what u think, with the same price, you can stay at apartment and places near MyKhe beach with same facilities. Also, the shower drainage is problematic.

View and balcony are good. The room has washing machine so it's convenient to clean clothes. I enjoyed the bathtub alot here.

I think air conditioner hasnt been cleaned for several months so whenever I used, too much dust from the air conditioner dropped into the bed, terrible.
