Room was cozy. But I could be cleaner. I noticed tables and desk are not clean, stain marks all over.

Entrance/ lobby was strange… not very welcoming. It seems like halfway unfinished look to it. Not polished.

The mattress is not soft

I enjoyed having access to a washing machine as I do not like to bring too many clothes, and also dislike buying new clothes. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to advise me on how to communicate with Grab delivery riders, draw cash from an ATM, buy adaptors for my electronics, and dress suitably for various locations. Warm-hearted and patient, I am most impressed by their perspective towards their job and their friendliness. 10/10 recommend to all female solo travellers who cannot speak Vietnamese.

The air conditioning was a bit too cold and difficult to adjust. Natural ventilation was not great.

The room was dirty, especially the floor. on the second day there was no cleaning at all however it should take place every day

- Manager Luyn is a wonderful young lady. She told us everything, showed us everything, was very friendly and sweet. Also helped us print visas. Everyone should have such workers. - The location of the hotel is good. Like the view from the window to the river and the ferris wheel. - Stylish interior. - Separate rooms. Enough space for two people. - Plenty of closets to put all your stuff in. - I liked the nook in the bedroom where I could work on my laptop. - Cleaning every day. The room is cleaned very carefully. - The hotel security guard helped us with our luggage at check-in and check-out. Thank him very much.

- Very poor ventilation. The building is new and the ventilation drives building dust, the smell of paint and glue. I had to keep the windows open all the time. Even so, the bedroom was poorly ventilated and it was hard to sleep. - It was very noisy because of the open windows. - The kitchen is not suitable for long stays. No microwave or rice cooker. There is a large frying pan and a large pot - which together do not fit on the stove. There was not even a cutting board. Very small sink - difficult to wash dishes. - Tiny ants periodically crawled around the kitchen and the hall. - Small TV, which is very far from the sofa. - The light switches in the bedroom were hidden behind the headboard - it was very difficult to get there.

I can not find another hotel which is better than this hotel: nice and new, helpful and lovely staff, easy to get checkin and checkout. you can go to the beach in 5 minutes. a small kitchen is suitable for cooking.
