Beautiful interior, amazing location, nice surroundings, comfortable and nice
Even though the room is very nicely designed the cleaness was lacking, heavy dust layers in the corners and ir was quite warned out in a need of slight renovations or fixings
The towels had holes in them, shower head broken, corners moldy and tables dusty

Property was well placed by the harbour and well connected to both the old/new city and bus links to Poetto Beach
Nero Team sent the entry codes so you do not have to worry about cards, it’s all electronic entry which is great. They are very responsive on whatsapp and things like extra water/iron/iron board were available in reception.
Beds were made daily, room was comfortable and air conditioned which is blissful in a heatwave.
TV has access to all channel you need plus smart channels etc
The breakfast choices are all available via the app ( link sent to you when you arrive ) a few Choices to pick from which are all brought to your door at the time of your choosing.
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a beautiful town and if we returned i wouldn’t think twice about staying again.
Lift was a little temperamental and if it’s not working you need to walk up 4 floors in hot conditions
