Right above a beautiful cafe so the food available was lovely! The apartment is beautiful, stunning view of the water and a lot of space including a bathtub in the bathroom.
The windows don’t block out the noise of the cars outside on the main road so it is very loud at night. It’s also very loud when the cafe underneath opens up in the morning.

The road outside was very busy and it was noisy with the windows open.

bed very comfortable, shower was very good.
No instruction, for heating, tv etc but I am sure host would have helped if asked.

Well short of 'luxury', which was how it was described. One shared bathroom, no working TV, no working wi-fi, minimal soaps, etc., lots of traffic noise in one bedroom
