Spend your vacation relaxing in this lovely 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome. On the ground level, you will find covered parking for up to 2 cars, and storage. The second level hosts an open concept for the living room, dining, and kitchen areas. The spacious living room features rattan ceiling panels for a casual coastal vibe. The kitchen offers plenty of storage and stainless countertops. On this floor, you will also find a powder room and a balcony for enjoying the fresh island breeze. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the third level. The master bedroom features a king and an area with two twins and privacy doors for separations. Located within walking distance to Siesta Key Village, this home is adjacent to beach access #10 – perfect for taking a trip down to Siesta Beach!

The property was in a great location. It is right next to an access walkway to the beach and a stop of the trolley that goes into siesta key village. We like to eat some meals at the house. The kitchen was lacking some basics like a pancake flipper. It takes quite a long time to get hot water in the showers. We found the bed in the master bedroom to be extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. The major issue I had with the property was the fact that we noticed right away that all the vents were covered with black mold. 3 of us staying at the house have asthma and are allergic to mold. This is a huge issue!! The management company did send someone out right away and they cleaned the outside of the 2 vents on the main floor. None of the other vents. If we took our flashlight we could see the mold was inside the vents. To me this isn’t a cleaning issue this is a health issue. Black mold is a serious problem.

The home was in an ideal location. 2 minute walk and you are on the beach.Having to go to Beachside Management to put deposit down was annoying. This should have been done by phone.Also, many simple things were missing from the place. Salt and pepper, sugar packets, there was no dish strainer to dry dishes on. There were no nightstands or bedside lights in the master bedroom.Also, this home allows for up to 10 guests. There were 6 of us and only 4 beach towels for 6 people. Very annoying.The beach itself was gorgeous, and the location to the village was walkable.

Overall, very nice stay and great location. Home a little dated but very clean condition. Pics show a room with large garden tub that doesn’t exist. It has been changed to a small bedroom with trundle beds. Hot water takes a very long time to get just warm. Other than that, great stay and location. Very enjoyable!

The house is obviously tired. The master bathroom is a bomb. Toilet paper was on the floor because there is no holder. The shower was clean but the tile is worn out. Asked for a vacuum but was told the broom was all I get. @1000 square feet house. Kitchen was inadequately supplied. Some the cabinet doors hanging by hinges. No ice maker, only a single tray.
