Reservations are set for two-week minimum periods throughout the year. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 16. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Overall very nice. Great view. Just what we were looking for. Perfect size. Downsides: 1. Elevator inoperable for two nights and one day. Made going up or down very difficult for a pair of 66 yr old renters. 2. Streaming TV service would randomly cut out. This happened often (at least 10 times) 3. Dishwasher didn’t work- no water came out at all for entire wash cycle. 4. Guest bathroom toilet was not cleaned upon our arrival With that said, we did enjoy the unit and the proximity to the beach.

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great view from the balcony. Nice hot tub and swimming pool. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

I’m a young female who stayed at this property alone for two weeks. I arrived in a Lyft. The security guard seemed annoyed that I wouldn’t have a car during my stay and that he had to direct me to the lobby. It wasn’t clear how to get there. Once I got to the lobby, I reached out to customer service about a possible early check in because I was 4 hours early without a car. I was told I’d receive a message at the top of the hour(s) if the room was ready. I never received a message, so I sat in the lobby for 4 hours. At least the lobby was comfortable and every person who walked by was friendly. Once it was check-in time, I went to my room, which was easy to find and enter via keypad, and it was clear the room had been ready for while. I had spent over 7 hours traveling and wasted 4 hours waiting. So that was frustrating. But the room was near perfect. It had everything I needed and was beautifully decorated. For the most part, it was clean. My biggest issue was that the remote for the TV didn’t work and there were no extra batteries. I was told to buy my own, but they would not reimburse travel, so I bought a $5 Roku app. The location was perfect. Locals were kind. There was beach equipment to use. Bed was okay. It was quiet for the most part. Perfect for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. I would not recommend families with small, loud kids. Most visitors and residents are there for serenity and don’t want to be bothered by screaming. Overall great!

This condo is located at the best location on the beach! We had a great 2 week vacation here!! Condo was clean, view were amazing, sand dollars were everywhere. We will for sure be back!!! The only negative thing about the condo, the parental lock was on the tv and I couldn’t watch my Wednesday night Chicagos!

My husband and I spent a week here for our anniversary. This unit was well-equipped, comfortable and had a great energy. We especially appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was with dishes, utensils, pots and pans and tools. We cooked a good majority of our meals and it was so nice to have everything we needed. Bed and furniture were comfortable and updated and all appliances worked well. It is decorated in a welcoming way. Our one suggestion would be to stock a few more bath towels and wash cloths. For the view and location, you cannot beat this location! The view from the balcony is unobstructed and breathtaking. We spent the majority of our time on the beach or in the water. It was not crowded and everyone was respectful of others. We watched dolphins from our beach chairs one evening. They were swimming just beyond the buoys. The sunsets were amazing. We will definitely be back next year!

This place was amazing. It had an amazing view of the gulf, clean, comfortable bed, kitchen has everything you need, and plenty of beach amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, etc.). Will definitely be back!

Loved the property, location is perfect. Can walk everywhere and walk for miles on beautiful, wide beach which perfect. Condo had everything we needed, owner did a great job and did not miss anything. We ate out and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Balcony perfect, right on the ocean.

We had a great stay at this property. The property is well organized for check-in (carts available). The kitchen was well equipped which was great since we ate all our meals in. Walks on the beach, bike rides along Pinellas Trail were great (left our bikes at our daughter's house). Minor dings - the bed was really in poor shape (way sagging). Also, I understand the need to keep it clean, but there was an overpowering smell of "Fabreeze" when we first walked in (that lingered). I'm sensitive to this. Other than that I would highly recommend this place and will likely rent again in February if available. Oh, last shout out to the management company. We had an issue with the TV and they were great in getting it replaced. Marc
