Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. This fifth-floor condo provides guests with a large beachfront balcony boasting unparalleled and unobstructed views, especially during seasonal events such as the New Year's Eve fireworks show. Additionally, it sports a cozy living area with inviting and comfortable furniture, a smart TV, a separate and fully appointed kitchen with major appliances (including a Keurig and regular coffee maker), a work station (complete with a computer monitor), and an elegant dining area. This complex is a non-smoking facility. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk. As Crescent Beach Club has a 14-day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 14 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the home for a minimum term of fourteen (14) consecutive days. Reservations are set for 2-week minimum periods throughout the year. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Very clean, generously equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the week. Quiet building and very comfortable sleeping quarters. Excellent location, close enough to the excitement but far enough from chaos.

We loved our stay in this condo! Beautifully renovated with fantastic gulf views, quiet beach, warm pool and private. Close enough to be in the thick of it in minutes and quiet and relaxing while on the property. Billard table and library was avaliable for use too. Kitchen was outfitted with everything you could possibly need.... we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner! The only piece missing was some beach items, we had to buy chairs and a boogie boarding but left them behind for the next family. We will be back!

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view! Just close enough to everything, but not crowded like right in center of Clearwater. So peaceful and relaxing.
