Located in Sand Key, this attractive condo for $300 per night is a great option for your next trip. RELAX in this gorgeous updated BEACHFRONT, GULF FRONT CONDO with spectacular views through brand new hurricane impact windows and doors. This highly desirable 2 bedroom/2 bath, 10th floor END UNIT sleeps 6. Enjoy the sunrise with your coffee from the sunroom balcony and the sunset with a cocktail from the living room balcony. Unwind with180° views of downtown Clearwater, Clearwater Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances is situated between the living room and sunroom and features breathtaking waterfront views. The living room features a balcony with views of the Gulf, a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 75-inch smart TV. The sunroom has a balcony overlooking the Bay with views of the sunrise and a reclining loveseat. The coastal inspired master bedroom overlooking the Gulf features a king size bed, access to a covered balcony, and a luxurious private bathroom with a double granite vanity, shower, and soaking tub with breathtaking waterfront views and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom overlooking the Bay has two double beds and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom has access to a shared bathroom with a double granite vanity and shower. The spacious condominium includes a full-size washer and dryer. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and have firesticks. Downtown Clearwater is within walking distance. There are fabulous shops and restaurants nearby and lots of watersports! *** No smoking and No Pets**** Lighthouse Towers resort-like amenities include a heated pool, large jacuzzi, tennis court with pickleball, grills, cabana, shuffleboard, and basketball. It has a gated entrance with 24/7 security. Rental pricing does not include fees for processing, cleaning, and taxes. Minimum two-week rental period with 10-day notice to secure association approval. Easy access to Tampa and St. Pete Clearwater International Airports.

The condo was awesome! Fabulous views of the beach, ocean, and bay. Great sunset view! Restaurants and Shops within walking distance. Clearwater beach just a short drive away. The ocean is great. The water is very warm. The beach is uncrowded.

The moment you open the door you realize “10” on 10 is the perfect way to describe this lovely end unit. It is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need….including high quality towels, bed linens, etc. The ceiling to floor windows offer spectacular views of the gulf and inter coastal with amazing sunrises and sunsets! June is a wonderful host! She was so gracious in helping me solve a problem I had in needing an extra night. I’m so grateful! I’ve been renting for 18 years on Sand Key. This unit is by far the nicest I’ve ever rented. Can’t wait to return in 2024! June, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with me. Peggy
