Welcome to your 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront oasis with a spacious balcony overlooking the aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico!!! This spacious condo is situated right on Sand Key, which is a secluded, peaceful paradise nestled just south of Clearwater Beach. Retreat to the master bedroom which boasts balcony access overlooking the aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico!! The master bedroom also has a seating area with sofa and ottomans, a king bed, and ensuite. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, shower and tub. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a workspace with a desk. There is also a pull out sofa that boasts a queen size bed for additional sleeping! This condo also comes equipped with a full bath off the hallway, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer! When you stay at Lighthouse Towers, you will have the vacation of your dreams! From a heated pool and spa to private beach access... you won't even need to leave the property! The pool is ideally situated beside and not behind the property, so it gets sunshine ALL day long! From the wet bar, to the BBQ grills and pavilion area - you are sure to have everything you need! It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous shops and restaurants. This complex is ideally located and close to everything: downtown Clearwater, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums. kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses, and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) or the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. COMPLEX RULES ~ Application required 10 days prior to arrival. ~ Reservations are set for a 14 day minimum period throughout the year. ~ NO PETS ~ NO SMOKING

This accommodation was not a disappointment - it was just as advertised and more! Everything was perfect - especially the view! We had three glorious weeks living in luxury and felt very special indeed to be living here.
