Manager gave me a ground floor room, which was favorable as I had heavy luggage and easy access to the room from the main entrance. The Apartment is well secured, and room is spacious and decorated. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Location is in neighborhood down the hilly side from the main street. It requires a strong stamina/energy especially if you have heavy luggage. Easiest way from Havatas Bus Station is go straight to Taksim Square, turn right and go down the trail until you reached Tantuni Restaurant, turn right down. When you reached the intersection, turn right on 2nd street. Walk 50 steps and the apartment is on the right side. NO SIGN BOARD but the store nearby will help to show you which one. SUGGESTIONS: (1) bathroom faucet is leaking, needs to be replaced. (2) Bathroom entrance floor is damaged, place a doormat to cover the ugly, damaged part.

Habitación amplia, luminosa, con balcón. Las camas muy cómodas, muebles muy bien. Heladera moderna y buen funcionamiento.
El personal fue muy agradable, en todo momento estuvo predispuesto. Nos ofreció té y café en más de una ocasión y fue agradable hablar con él.
Limpieza excelente.
La ubicación es muy buena, a pocas cuadra de la estación de metro Taksim
El Wifi funcionó bien
El baño es un poco chico, el inodoro se movía y en algunos momentos se sentía mal olor.
