Location was good. İstiklal street and Taksim square near to hotel. Also the bus station for airport and subway station very near to hotel too. Room was clean and fresh air

Located at hill downside of Taksim Square, but walkable
Rooms are descent
No lifts , you need to climb luggage by steps
Heater is not working properly
Even Electric kettle. Very bad customer service it is like you staying in Airbnb.
I could have gone for Airbnb much cheaper price
