Lovely outlook, very clean and amazingly quiet. The allotted parking spaces were not too far from the lift (watch the lift door closing as it very quick!) and the apartment is straight over from the lift exit. Once in the apartment, it is all on one level so easy for elderly parents to get around. Would definitely recommend.
The keys were not easy to get - difficult to park and we had to park in the adjacent multi storey (the ramps to the next levels are very tight for an estate car) and expensive. I would rather pick up keys at the apartment. Also, it wasn't explained that our apartment block's car park was under all 3 apartment blocks with only Puffin name showing and not our apartment block name. The fire alarm went off at 3am on our first night, we went to investigate and a neighbour said it was a false alarm and someone will come and fix it shortly - which they did. Very unnerving.

It was the perfect location, and it felt so luxurious! Despite the scaffolding outside, it was still pretty peaceful and it was so cosy. We still had a good view across the harbour from our bedroom window. The sofas were so comfy and the kitchen was so well equipped. We loved the Smart TV and made the most of enjoying some streaming when the weather was bad.
We couldn't find the hairdryer. The bed was also very hot and I found it a little hard to sleep sometimes. Unfortunately we also could not find a different tog of duvet. We couldn't open the window very far so the room stayed quite warm.
