We loved being able to look out to the beach from the patio. It was a beautiful sight. The place was very clean and quiet. An elevator is available to help with luggage transport to higher floors. There were also board games available in the unit for us to use at our leisure when not handling work obligations.
We had some slight issues with the toilets, however the property quickly sent someone out to resolve the matter. We do think the price is on the expensive side considering the location, lack of AC, small size of the bedrooms; it was a price we would’ve expected to see in London (where we traveled from). Cabs aren’t always readily available in the area so it would be best to have a vehicle or pre-schedule cabs well in advance.

Very quiet and peaceful with a lovely view. The apartmentrtment was very clean and comfortable. We were three adults and there was plenty space. Secure car parking and easy walk in to town. It was also VERY convenient for catching the open top buses to Sandbanks and Bournemouth. We really enjoyed our stay and would very happily eturn to this accommodation.
It was all great. No complaints.

Lovely view in a quiet residential location. Easy walk to Hamworthy park and Poole Quay.
The bathroom fans were very noisy when the light was switched on. Fans are needed because both bathrooms are windowless so very dark, but quieter more up to date fans would be preferable.
