Naprosto nezapomenutelný výhled, bezproblémový a hladký check-in. Vybavení takřka jako doma. A strategicky výhodná lokalita (v těsné blízkosti kavárna, restaurace, gelato a lanovka do centra Coma).
V některých dnech byl problém zaparkovat automobil, ale to není problém hostitele.

Great location and view from the balcon
You find everything you need for a short stay
It happened that we had an issue the very first night we arrived: there was a gas leak in the building. When we realised the problem I tried to reach the owner. I called but my call was not answered and then I texted the issue. The only answer I got back was : “ don’t worry there is no gas leak in the apartment”
I have to specify that the owner was not in the building and not even in the area. So it was just an assumption that could’ve had put people’s life in danger. There was no support and no encouragement to call firefighters. It is what I did because I’m old enough to know that it’s something dangerous. So the firefighters came and work for a few hours to fix the problem because there was one. They asked me to reach the on again so I gave them the number but nobody replied
So basically, it’s a nice view and a nice apartment but you better have no problem because there’s no support at all from the owners whose behaviour is, to me, irresponsible when it comes to issues that can put someone’s life in danger.
And of course, when I tried to reach them later to express my feelings , the owner was trying to say it was not his fault, it is the building not his flat and he says that he has reported the issue to the building manager …but days later after my complain..
