About this house rental
Situated in Ardrossan, this charming house for $66 per night is a great option for your next break. A renovated 3 bedroom home with everything you need! Only 1.5 hours from Adelaide, this split level home is a short walk, and even shorter drive from the beach. Located one street back from the beach, you can see the water from the front deck, and watch the sun set over farmland from under the back pergola. With a full functioning kitchen, including a massive gas oven and dishwasher, air conditioning, wood fire, washing machine and roomy lounge to relax on, this is your home away from home. The King size bed in the spacious Master Bedroom gives a sense of luxury, with the 2nd bedroom having a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom having 2 single beds (and 2 trundle beds) for the kids. Ample room in the backyard for the kids to run around and play, and the adults can relax by the fire pit at night. Head to Ardrossan to walk the jetty, find a playground or just relax with a coffee at Wilmas on the Yorke cafe. Ardrossan also has takeaway food options, IGA supermarket and Bottleshop, just a 5 minute drive away.

Had a lovely stay at Tiddy Widdy beach with everything we could have wanted catered for and the most comfortable beds we've had in a holiday home. Communication was friendly and clear and we were very happy. Great selection of DVDs, music, toys and activities for a whole range of ages and lovely touches like coffee pod machine and a range of warm drink options was just wonderful. Thanks!

Spacious, clean place with everything we needed. Nice view of the ocean. Beautiful sunsets. Loved the little touches of toiletries, coffee pods and fruchocs! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Thanks for our stay, we really enjoyed it.

Clean house close to the beach. If you come to catch a crab, all equipment are here(cran net, crab rack). Recommended go to jetty and use crab net in the evening when the sun set. We got crabs every 5 mins. This is the crab haven for the crab lover.

Was amazing to have somewhere we could take Angus and feel welcome and so at home with him. Everything so clean and tidy, a real home away from home. Thank you Scott for the opportunity to get away with our little dog. He was so at home there we couldn't believe it. Certainly be recommending this place to friends and family.

This is a wonderful property. Beds made up and such comfortable mattresses in both the King and Queen beds. The place was clean and tidy. Fire wood supplied for lounge fireplace. Enclosed yard, ideal for children. Close to beach and Ardrossan. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay in Tiddy Widdy Beach. The walks were terrific and the "summer house" was perfect for us. The cottage was pretty, comfortable and clean, and we found the beds comfortable - loved the big King bed! - and enjoyed relaxing on the roomy sofa.

This is the perfect little place to getaway from the chaos of the city!! The area is very quiet and relaxing. The beach and cliff views are beautiful. The house itself had a cosy atmosphere with unique characteristics. It also had all the essential needs and a little bit more. Definitely going to book back here in the winter.

Place was beyond perfect! Easy access, great views, house immaculately clean and the hosts go well above and beyond with the amenities provided! Our only regret was not booking for longer as 4 nights didn't feel like enough and we didn't want to leave!

We all loved the property layout and it was great for us to be able to go out at night and safely leave our dog in the backyard. The huge couch was great for us to spread out on and watch a movie together and the outdoor area was amazing to eat dinner outside. Wooden Board Games were a hit. The only disappointment we had was that sadly the pillows on the king sized bed were really fat and bulky and hard to sleep on. Would recommend a choice of medium or thinner ones too. Otherwise it would have been the perfect getaway and we'd recommend the house to any family group travelling to the YP with kids and a pet. We'd happily return and BYO pillows.

Great for a family. Lots of space, had everything including toys and tv for kids’ room. Close walk to beach and only 3 minutes drive from the town jetty. Caught a bunch of HUGE crabs raking in the sand, not so much jetty. Has views both front and back. Couldn’t recommend it more. Has towels, linen and even toothpaste! Won’t regret it.

We absolutely loved the "Summer House", check in was super easy with great communication by owner. This house had everything that our family could ask for, which made getting away with kids and a dog super easy. The kids room was amazing, with toys, TV and a great little set up. All beds were super comfy, and 2x toilets very handy. A little chistmas tree, and decorations was even set up in the living room, was such a nice touch. Our family (and dog) spent so much time playing waterfights, huge jenga and other outside games that were available on the property. We loved having our morning coffees out on the front decking, in a super quiet little street. Thankyou for a fabulous Christmas getaway at Tiddy Widdy. Great memories were made 👌 ❤️

House was lovely to stay in and well laid out. Air conditioning worked well and with fans in each room made sleeping at night very comfortable. Any issues we had with the house, Scott (Property Manager) was easy to communicate with and very punctual on responding.

The property was clean, unfortunately the water pressure was non existent whilst trying to have a shower. It also did not mention in the Stayz advert that there where a couple of steps within the house, when you have elderly parents with knee issues, this makes things difficult. I found it dissappointing that when I received the address it was not as close to the ocean frontage as displayed. When you bring up the properly on the Stayz listing, it leads you to believe it is closer to the waterfront than it is. Again, with elderly parents, they could not manage that hill to walk to beach.
