About this cottage rental
Watersmeet is an attractive apartment resting close to the beach at Lyme Regis in Dorset and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Smart TV, FreeSat, four TVs, two DVD players, CD player, WiFi. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, hairdryer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. One parking permit supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road (no allocated space) within short walk. Outside balcony, furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: There are two flights of stairs up to the apartment so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: the apartment is located over a restaurant with outside terrace so there may be occasional late-night events
Town: The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

The key box needs to be labelled as no flat number written on it. There is no lift.There are several flights of stairs to get to it. It was well laid out and clean with amazing views of the beach and sea. It has everything you need and is like home from home. The only annoying thing was the noise from motor bikes as their parking was below the apartment on promenade and there were a few inconsiderate riders who kept revving them and fumes were not nice especially not in the heat.I would stay there again though as know what to expect and it is in a central location.

The view from the front room and balcony is simply astonishing and takes your breath away. Amazing place to stay. Some parts of the property were a little tired but worked perfectly well.A fantastic stay and would recommend and return

Great accomodation, fabulous views, perfectly positioned for everything.Only downside it was a bit noisy in the early morning due to seagulls and bin lorries, otherwise no complaints
