Situated in Garden City, this lovely house for $385 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. **Extended stays and off season snow bird discounts available! please send inquiry for more information and special discounts**Welcome to our beach house, happily named ‘Seaglass Getaway.’ Take a 3 minute ride on the provided golf cart to enjoy lazy beach days, stay in and relax with family and friends, walk to the neighborhood playground or crabbing pier; the Seaglass Getaway will provide all your needs and wants. This home can easily accommodate 8 guests in the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home features an elevator from the ground level to the main level, which is available for handicapped guests only. Main Level: Spacious entry, powder room, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in laundry room, breakfast nook, living room with large Lovesac sectional, dining room, master bedroom with ensuite and private balcony, blowup mattress provided for additional guests 2nd Level: Landing overlooking main level living room, bunk room with triple bunk featuring 3 twin beds and love seat, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom Ground level: Fully fenced entertaining area with dining area, lounging area, propane bbq grill and fire pit, outdoor shower, toilet, beach wagon, chairs, coolers, canopy tent and toys provided Things to note; Linens and towels are provided, every bedroom has a Roku TV, starter supplies provided (ie. coffee, paper towels, trash bags, etc.), private driveway can easily fit 3 vehicle

We enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and perfectly set up for a wonderful, fun family vacation. The hosts, Martin and Chelsea, were very responsive and thought of everything to make our stay the best. This was our first family vacation with our adult children and grandchildren and we are so happy to have found this gem. We look forward to booking with them again next year!

The home was awesome, we stayed July 8-15 2023. The home was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the elevator for luggage and groceries. The outdoor space has a tv and fire pit we used for Spores. We used outdoor shower a few times which was nice coming off the beach. The golf cart was used multi times a day. The only thing the house didn’t have was crab leg crackers and little utensils for crab legs . The host were amazing! We hope to be back next year!!!

The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured with all of the comforts of home- everything from every needed kitchen appliance, utensils, and serving ware to extremely comfortable bedding & a Roku TV in each room, and the property has the extra luxuries for a great vacation experience- awesome six seater golf cart, amazing outdoor area with fire pit, grill, and TV. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better property or a better host in this area!

Beautiful newer construction home away from the hustle & bustle of the main garden city beach rd. Electric 6 seater golf cart was great to drive to the beach in in a bout 3 minutes. The house was very clean and well maintained. Supper comfortable living room eating area, and sleeping arrangements. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor living area under the home with tables, chairs, fire pit, grill and most important a smart TV to hang out with the group and watch. The owners checked in on us before and during the stay, and if I had a questions or concerns, it was very simple to connect with them via the VRBO messaging. All & all a great house and town. Great location for the beach or hit the road and explorer the area. Highly recommend this home....

Accommodations were great. Enjoyed the LoveSak couch and the golf cart. So busy, didn’t have much time to enjoy the lower level, but appreciated the corn hole game and swimming pool. Appreciate the extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, along with soaps and shampoos.
Improvement opportunities:
1. Couple of box fans available for use.
2. Connectivity to internet seems intermittent, which caused movie streaming interruption.
3. Deeper cleaning needed, ie ceiling fans, countertops in kitchen, stove top and inside microwave, along with stairwell entrance.
4. Extermination may be needed—saw 4 palmetto bugs—one in microwave.
5. Replace frig shelves in door as this would have provided additional space for groceries.

Owners were fantastic to work with and assisted immediately with any need. I can’t thank them enough for making the elevator available for for 11 year old German Shepard recovering from an ACL tear. House was EXACTLY as shown. Close to everything and perfectly stocked. Just book your vacation here, it’s gonna be amazing.

We enjoyed our stay in Martin and Chelsea's VRBO and felt that they were truly wonderful hosts! Our family especially enjoyed the outdoor living space that consists of ample seating, large table, corn hole boards, grill and fire pit along with a t.v. We appreciated the outdoor shower after coming home from a day at the beach. We really enjoyed having access to a golf cart that we could drive to the beach. The house was spacious enough for 7 people and each of us felt that our beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We had such a great vacation!

We had the best time during our beach vacation while staying at this beautiful house. We absolutely loved the accessibility to both the beaches and restraunts. The golf cart was perfect for our family of 6 and made it easy to get around. The house was clean, comfortable, and the perfect fit for our family. The neighborhood is in a quiet and safe area! We spent a month at this amazing home that had absolutely everything we needed! Both the inside of the house and outside were perfect for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. Hosts were fantastic and very responsive and made our stay smooth and easy! The area is amazing with so much to do. The golf cart was an added bonus that made getting around and to the beach a blast. We cant wait to visit again!

Great home with comfy bedrooms, lots of amenities, and a great outdoor space for family fun! We loved the proximity to the marsh, beach, and to some local shops. Angela’s seafood market, The surf shop, Sara J’s and Murrell’s Inlet were among our fave locations! The owners are so lovely and super responsive - they helped to make our stay very pleasant. We had a lovely New Years at the property - the golf cart was such a nice feature! We had no idea before going what a difference that would make! The house was in great condition and there were lots of many nice touches like Christmas decorations and a welcome basket. Will definitely look to stay again next time we are in the area!

We vacation a lot and this is one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The house fits the description and pictures. The location is perfect. You can ride the golfcart to the beach or park which was so nice and it’s about a 20 min car ride to bigger attractions such as Broadway at the beach. (Which isn’t a bad drive at all - literally a straight shot.) The house is located in a great area with plenty of options for dinning or take out along with Walmart/target. I have been nervous in new locations, but this community gave off good vibes. Chelsea and Martin are phenomenal host with great hospitality. The house is stocked with whatever you may need. My only regret with this stay was I wish I booked more nights for I wasn’t expecting to find this awesome of a stay and location. Our family enjoyed it.

This was the perfect cottage for our group. The home was nicely decorated for the holidays. The hosts, Chelsea and Martin even put up Christmas trees other holiday decorations which really set the mood for the season. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and quick to address any issues. Unfortunately we hit a few days with record setting cold so couldn't take advantage of the outdoor spaces and fire pit. The home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and the beach (again too cold to take advantage of that :-( ). We would definitely stay again iif the opportunity arose.

We stayed here for a long weekend with family and couldn’t have asked for better hosts! The house is beautiful and very welcoming and had a nicely put together informative binder that had everything we needed to know. Unfortunately the weather was a bit cold, so we did not have the chance to hang out at the fire pit, but did take the time to walk to the beach with the dogs. The house is not only close to the beach, it is s also close to shopping. I really can’t say enough about how responsive and helpful the hosts were, as this was by far our best experience using VRBO.

The owners were very prompt in communication. The house was nice but too far away from the beach for us (1 mile). Golf cart was nice to have since it was a hike to walk to beach. The main complaint for us was the linens (master bed sheets were paper thin and would not stay on the bed, very frustrating to sleep on) owner brought more over but they weren't much different so we didn't use them for our last night. Also master had very sheer curtain over the sliding door which allowed the street lights to shine in all night. I expected adequate bath linens to be in the bathrooms, but had to search for them. Master bath pop up drains got stuck owner came and removed them promptly. Another annoyance for us, dishes were melamine and couldn't be used in microwave, only 4 coffee mugs, not a full set of flatware for 8 as the house would sleep. I think the house was a good location if just being in the area not on the beach, nicely decorated, comfortable living room furniture. We didn't feel it was worth what we paid especially all the fees.

I can’t say enough concerning the communication with Chelsea and Martin. She helped us tremendously with a couple of questions. We loved the golf cart, space and quiet neighborhood. The House was good but the cleanliness wasn’t. I had to clean oven overnight to use. Refrigerator and microwave had food crumbs and stains in them. Countertops were gritty and downstairs outside furniture wasn’t usable due to uncleanliness. This house was the perfect vacation spot for small families at one time and still can be I’m sure but needs more attention between guests.

We planned this trip as an escape to the ocean and it did not disappoint. From check in to check out, everything was clearly communicated. We were traveling with extended family, grandparents and our young children. Everyone enjoyed the house. I didn't think we would use the elevator but upon arrival it sure came in handy with hauling luggage and groceries in. The golf cart was awesome and easy to use. Our kids loved every ride we took and you are super close to the public beach accesses and the pier. Fabulous hosts. We will be booking again in the future.

So much thought has been out into this home. From the moment you open the door and the nice lemon scent coming from the wax burners hits you, to the beauty of this home, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bath. The property and owners were wonderful. We were delighted when we arrived to find a clean well cared for home. The beds were above and beyond comfortable.
We travel with our motorcycles, a truck and trailer and there was plenty of parking for all.
The owners were extremely responsive and they were kind and courteous any time I had a question.

Beautiful, clean home close to the beach! The description of the home was accurate and the communication by the host was outstanding! Situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood and only a quick golf cart ride to the beach. Easy access to the Myrtle Beach attractions and Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. This home was perfect for our family - including our dogs! We would definitely recommend the home and will definitely stay again!

Everything was exactly as described and the entire family enjoyed the week. The location was just right for us…..close enough to be on the beach in less than 5 minutes but far enough away from the front row to be ablle to enjoy the quiet nights.

Great house for a family trip.
Great house fairly close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The golf cart made everything so easy. You literally do not need to get in your car to go anywhere unless you want to. The house is as nice as the photos make it look and the downstairs/under the house is a fabulous hang out area. The bedroom space is a little tight for 8. The bunk bed isn't that comfortable for an adult so we ended up putting the air mattress in the dining room which worked out just fine for our party. Great vacation memories.

Beautiful property! Wonderful hosts and everything was provided with the house. We just had to bring ourselves and anything extra that we wanted. Great location and the golf cart made it easy to get to the beach. Grateful that we could include our dogs on the trip. That was a plus. We definitely recommend this place and will be booking again next year!
