About this condo rental

Nestled in Tucson, this attractive condo for $55 per night is a great option for your next trip. NEWLY RENOVATED CASITA. 10-15 minute walk to the UofA campus, 5 minute drive to downtown Tucson, 3 minutes to UMC (great for nurses), mid-town so you are close to everything! Quiet neighborhood with street parking. Private entrance and private courtyard. Our casita is clean, disinfected & well styled! Has gas grill, great wi-fi, TV is set up with Netflix, Hulu, etc. Campbell Ave features a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, salons (nail, hair, massage), and more all within walking distance! The space Fully renovated casita. Very comfortable, stylish, and clean. Private fenced courtyard! Guest access Guests will park on the street in front of our home....you will know it's our home because of the harmless T-Rex guarding the front yard - please don't feed the dinosaur ;). The casita is located behind the main house. Access to the casita is via the pathway behind the driveway (to the left of the main house). Follow the path all the way to the lighted tree. Enter the gate to your own private courtyard. The casita door is operated by keypad. Each guest will have a unique code that expires after your stay. A deadbolt inside the casita allows you to lock out all unwanted guests during your stay. Other things to note Our casita is centrally located with quick access to major attractions. Campbell Ave is filled with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The private courtyard overlooks the backyard with beautiful grass, trees and chickens. You are welcome to play with the chickens and take fresh eggs if you'd like. The chickens do not smell.

We stayed six nights and enjoyed the place. Quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfy and everything was as listed. Good towels and plenty of shampoo, etc. The couch is not very comfortable, but I can see that it could be difficult to find a good couch for the small place it needs to fit in. We liked the private outdoor area and used it quite a bit. Just a heads up to anybody staying in the Tucson neighborhoods, the neighborhoods are dark. Very few street lights and nobody turns on exterior lights. We drove all over while there and noticed it everywhere. Be prepared to use the flashlight on your phone when walking around.

Husband and I stayed here two nights while visiting Tucson. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Cool local restaurants. Only downside was operation of the TV, but we rarely used it. Highly recommend for 1-2 people!

Although small, the space was used very efficiently. Enjoyed the view out the bedroom window to see green space with family activities and even some chickens. Host is very helpful and the neighborhood was good to walk our dog, too.

We had a wonderful time. Place was clean and comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable with soft sheets. My wife loves chickens and really enjoyed seeing them. Thank you for everything. This will be our first choice when staying in Tucson.

This was by far the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in! It was cute and clean and literally had everything we needed. We have started carrying a “VRBO box” with us with several things that we have needed staying at other places over the years (salt and pepper, cooking spray, wine glasses, corkscrew, etc). Candice has made sure to think of everything and we didn’t need our box at all! The neighborhood is quiet, the. casita is well maintained and easily accessible.
