The Responsible Person acknowledges and agrees that the Owner, Operator or Property Manager does not warranty or guaranty the Property against the failure of any equipment, including but not limited to air conditioning/heating, barbecue, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, kitchen appliances/tools/utensils, plumbing, lighting, internet, televisions, electrical, washer, dryer, furniture and any fixtures. Responsible Person acknowledges that it has reviewed and understood appropriate city ordinances relating to noise, trash, parking and occupancy limits, and House Rules and that Manager may review those rules with Responsible Person prior to providing the access code and/or keys to the Property. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES - No shoes inside the property. - No smoking of any kind on the premise (i.e. marijuana, cigarettes, vape, cigars, etc.). - No parties of any kind. - Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. - No moving/re arranging furniture. - No pets allowed. - Exterior security cameras are located on the property and in the garage. Altering or tampering with the cameras will result in a fine to dispatch security to ensure the cameras are properly functioning. - No solid food, wastes, grease, and oils down the kitchen sink. A waste bin is conveniently located on the kitchen counter and to the right of the stove top. - Do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide black makeup towels. - Only flush toilet paper down the toilets. - Checkout is 11 am or earlier. Any exceptions must be agreed by the Owner, Operator or Property Manager 24 hours in advance. - Parking is available in the garage. Garage door opener will be left on the desk. Please leave the garage door opener on the desk in the rustic tin bin before checking out. We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee if any of the above rules are broken. PLEASE NOTE! Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival to make sure this space is safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any persons visiting this vacation rental.
