Great location and a quite decent room for two people
The address is different than one listed here. The shower could’ve been cleaner. Likely super hot during summer

Clean, comfortable room in good location. Convenient for city centre and Torino Porta Susa.
No wifi, apparently. And no response from the company, when I texted them to ask about this.

The location is great - everything is within easy reach. The room was neutrally decorated and had a kettle, coffee machine and an en-suite. The aircon unit was good and the room was spotlessly clean. Staff answered the phone straight away when we needed help on checking in. Easy to find the apartment and the instructions to find the room was super clear and easy. Soap, shower gel and toilet paper provided and the shower was lovely and hot. The WiFi was great. The room had a mini fridge to store your items and keep them cold.
The mattress was incredibly soft and had no support, we had a really bad nights sleep. I wish we’d have known there was a shutter that made the room blackout - we didn’t know this and the curtains let lots of light in. It was only on checkout we realised the shutter made the room dark. The room is full of IKEA furniture, which is functional but basic. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the corridor, but we couldn’t find mugs to have anything in. On checking in our keys were in the wrong lockbox, none of the lockbox codes were scrambled - so all open. We opened another box to get a key to the door. Our keys should have been in box 3 but instead they were in box 2. Guests should be encouraged to scramble the code after using to keep the property safe.
