La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable. El sitio esta genial para planes de pareja, tanto la habitación con bañera como el desayuno son ideales para desconectar y disfrutar.

La única pega que le puedo poner es que el check in no se realiza en el mismo sitio, pero está a 30m por lo que no tengo ningún comentario negativo.

La habitación muy grande, limpia y espaciosa. El desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación inmejorable. Muy cuidado el diseño de todas las estancias.

Very stylish hotel in a great location

They gave me an accessible room without asking or letting me know. Didn’t appreciate that too much

The location was perfect. The room was clean and nice.

The shower didn't have a a glass or curtain. There only was 3 pillows.

I did like the architect of the area and the location

Very quiet area which make hard to find activities or even to find uber it was overnight for us so it was fine but that’s the maximum for that area

Clean and comfortable and a create location for Alcala Old Town and about 45 minutes train ride to Madrid central but trains go every 15 minutes or less.

Hotel restaurant was quite expensive. No additional facilities

Very cute and trendy accommodation. Would totally recommend. Nice venue and good spot in town.

The check-in went not so smooth because the hotel was in a pedestrian area and we were with the car, and the check-in was at their sister hotel, so we were a bit lost and had to call a couple of times to find the right spot.

We stayed in the suite. Very spacious, comfortable bed, desk and chair, leaving room with sofa, 2 massive Smart TVs, one in the room and the other in the leaving room. Excellent location, in the main plaza. The black out curtains work to perfection. Good quality toilet paper :) Free bottles of good quality water, coffee and fruit. Cozy place :)

A kettle and tea would would be great. We could hear church bells from 7am to 11pm

It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and the location was unbeatable. The breakfast was incredibly nice and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.
