Miejsce jest niesamowite. Wszystko jest co potrzeba. Basen daje całkowitą prywatność, jest duży i dla rodziny 2+3 całkowicie wystarczający. Wyposażenie bardzo dobre. W kuchni jest wszystko: ekspres do kawy, czajnik, toster, mikrofalówka, zmywarka oraz dużo naczyń. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju oraz telewizor( Netflix, YouTube). Na górze są dwa pokoje które mają swoje toalety a w jednym dodatkowo jest prysznic. Każdy z balkonem. W salonie są nawet dwie klimatyzacje. Na dole widok na miasto, a z górnych balkonów widać morze i Rovinj. Wszędzie blisko, do sklepów, do plaż, do miasta Rovinj. Menadżer Petar najlepszy! Kontakt z nim był doskonały, zawsze dostępny, pomocny. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło bardzo dobrze, bezproblemo. Petar, dziękujemy za wszystko!!! Chętnie wrócimy za rok! Serdecznie pozdrawiamy!

I was initially worried about privacy, since the building consists of multiple connected villas. However, this wasn't an issue at all! Visually, the residences are perfectly separated from each other. You can't even see into the outside space of your neighbors from the balconies - Exceptional design.
The pool was also a highlight, very decent size and depth.

Sehr geräumiges und schönes Haus. Super netter Gastgeber, der uns viele Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat. Alles sehr unkompliziert vom Check in bis Check out. Durften sogar etwas früher rein am Anreisetag. Sauberer Pool. Gute Konoba in Gehweite. 10 min mit dem Auto nach Rovinj. Auf jeden Fall Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt dort.
Einzig eine Kaffeemaschine hat mir im Haus gefehlt und die Gartenliegen sind sehr wackelig. Das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten.
