-Provided Hygiene kit was for one person only while there were 3 persons in the room.
-Signals of TV channels were very weak.They were too blurry
- Dirty sofas in hotel lobby.

Convenient location with great mountain view from mountain side windows. Clean rooms and washrooms. Very cooperative staff.
Rooftop restaurant service needs improvement. Food is just ok, not very tasty as you would expect.

Good WiFi on first stay, not second.
First set of rooms were great, on the 4th floor, but checked out and then returned for a second night and new set of rooms weren't as nice.
Second set of rooms weren't as clean. Also a smell from one of the toilets. Excessive noise from lobby and stairs as room 301 is right next to both. Ground floor is level 3. This shouldn't be a guest room and could perhaps be an office or admin room. Second night WiFi went down and didn't return. No tea making facility in the room but café tea is nice.
