The place has one of the best views in Vlora. The staffs also seem nice and helpful. Furthermore, you can have a very nice breakfast buffet with a beautiful view for only € 7 per person and a free swimming pool access at the hotel right above.
The bathroom is too small and couldn’t shower properly, we also had a problem with the bathroom during our first day but we got an immediate response and help from the staff.

Well located venue with all basic amenities, close proximity to good beaches and breathtaking terrace views. The staff was very polite, responsive and helpful. We were also allowed to use the nearby pool of a neighbouring hotel, and their buffet breakfast for only 5 euro per person. We were moved to another room the last night due to our mistake in the booking and we got an upgrade to the mich bigger deluxe room free of charge, which was very nice of them.
All in all we are very satisfied, for on budget holidays this place is very pleasant. The thing we mind - It could be cleaner, indoor and out, that is a basic expectation of every accomodation, as affordable as it may be. Particularly concerning are the bathrooms where one can see that proper cleaning was not done in a while. When we moved to the Deluxe room the sheet on the bed wasn’t changed,that was not pleasant at all. The deluxe room is in our opinion not worth it for 2 people - although bigger with a nice shower, it is poorly isolated and you can hear the cars on the street the whole night as if they pass right next to you. Due to the big windows and direct exposure to sun, it is impossible to be in the room without air conditioning. Lastly - note that the area is very steep and with lots ups and downs and very steep stairs to the beach - which although practical and huge time saver, are more suitable for adults in good physical shape then children and elderly people. The smaller rooms are much better value for the price. But the view definitely makes up for it!

Beautiful location. Amazing views. We arrived but for personal reasons ended up not staying there but the owner was wonderful to work with and understood. Very kind.
