The pool area is lovely , however sunbed wars start from 8am we never got a bed around the pool once . The boho garden the next tier down was also really relaxing however the music in the whole place is so loud . The DJ is on Mon/wed/fri and I had room 734 the music was that loud the windows rattled so if you want a afternoon nap after a few drinks around the pool that wil not happen . The room itself was ok . Bathroom had mould around the base of the shower but apart from that the room was nice but did smell of drains very strongly . No smart tv and wifi was terrible . Breakfast was good though. First day we arrived they had double booked my friend and sent her to a completely different hotel which was awful . If you have any mobility issues this is not the hotel for you there are steps to get everywhere and the pool area a is spread over 3 terrace levels . Staff were friendly . €30 euro for a pool towel deposit is needed
The layout is very strange , loads of steps to get everywhere and the pool areas are so slippery I saw multiple people slip there should be some grips put around the tiles
