Rooftop terrace with hot tub. Comfortable seating and Sunbed
If you are less mobile the stairs can be hard work but the friendly owner will help with your cases.

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The owner was extremely accommodating and made everything really easy for us, with great communication throughout our stay.
The facilities were great, and the location was perfect — right in the city centre, making it really convenient for getting around and exploring. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean, which made our stay really comfortable.
Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location. We would happily stay here again!

The apartment itself, though small, was very clean, and the host was welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed the spacious terrace, and having a bench on the terrace in the shadow was a nice bonus. Additionally, the AC worked very well and was quiet, a lot of towels were provided, and it was a nice touch that some water, juice, and beer were provided for free in the fridge upon arrival.
Thin Walls: The walls are very thin, meaning you can hear everything from all the neighbors.
Accessibility: There is no elevator, which made carrying luggage up to the 4th level quite a challenge.
Noise & Location: The surrounding environment is extremely noisy due to a lot of ongoing construction. The entire area is highly touristic and very crowded.
Parking: Parking is incredibly difficult. You can only pull up in front of the house briefly to drop off your luggage.
Kitchenette: The cooking space is tiny and completely bare—not even basic ingredients like salt, pepper, or oil were provided.
Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi temperature was locked at 30°C (which feels a bit too fresh for a jacuzzi), and we were explicitly told not to change it.
Overall, it works if you just need a clean place to crash for a couple of nights, but it wasn't the comfortable experience we were hoping for.
