Spotless, liked having a fridge as we could keep drinks cool as it was exceptionally hot in Rome. Bed very comforting and the area was quiet at night so could leave window open too.
Air con was a bit noisy.

The location is fantastic. In the Ottavanio area, where there are many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good, provided by the cafe next door. This cafe is open at 6am, so perfect if you need an early breakfast before heading to the airport.

Location, and uniqueness of the property
It was a little confusing locating our room as it’s attached to other rooms not associated with the hotel.

Easy and convenient. The AC was great as our visit to Rome in the beginning of September was hot. The owner was great with communication and gave us local places to eat.
